I have 2 challenges. Can I choose to redeem the migration incentive for 1 and refund the other?

No, you cannot choose different incentives if you have multiple challenge accounts. If you opt-in to the migration incentive, all of your active challenge accounts will receive the migration incentive. Conversely, if you did not opt in, you will receive refunds for all of your eligible challenge accounts instead.
