If I did not opt in to the Migration Incentive, when will I receive a refund?

  • All challenge refunds will be processed between 6 - 30 April, 2026 and will be refunded to your original payment method. Note: Once you opt-in for a Migration Incentive, you forfeit your right to a challenge fee refund.
  • Signal Provider refunds will be processed after the successful first payout between 2 - 31 March, 2026.  Breached accounts are not eligible for refunds. 
Refunds for Signal Provider accounts which remain active and did not meet the payout goal on March 31, 2026 will be processed between 16 - 30 April, 2026 and will be refunded to your original payment method. Note: Once you opt-in for a Migration Incentive, you forfeit your right to a challenge fee refund.
