Payout Policy and Challenge Fee Refund
- Minimum Payout Request Interval
Clients must adhere to the following time restrictions when requesting payouts:
- First Payout: At least 14 calendar days must have elapsed since the account was established or funded before the first payout can be requested.
- Subsequent Payouts: Following the first payout, at least 14 calendar days must elapse between any subsequent payout requests.
2. Payout Amount and Processing
Requesting a Payout
If you have profit share available, you can submit your request via the “Payouts” tab in your dashboard.

- Once the withdrawal is requested, the team will review your account.
- If the withdrawal request is approved, the payout will be processed to your OGM USD Landing account.
- From your OGM USD Landing account, you have two options for the funds:
- Withdraw the funds externally.
- Transfer the funds to your other account to use the money for trading in your OANDA brokerage account.
Minimum Payout Amount
The minimum amount that a Signal Provider can request as a payout is $200 USD.
- This minimum applies to the gross profit amount requested.
- The final amount paid to the OANDA Global Markets account will be adjusted based on the applicable profit share percentage.
Payout Cycle
Payout of the profit share (and signal provider fees) will be processed according to the following schedule:
- Normal Circumstances: Payout will be made to the relevant OANDA Global Markets account within one week from the date the payout request is approved.
- Delayed Payments: In cases where payment cannot be made on that next payment date, the payment will be made on the next following Payment Date.
When can the funds be used as margin?
Funds transferred into your OANDA Global Markets account must fully clear into that account before such amount can be used as margin (as defined in the Company’s Terms of Business).
- Refund of Challenge Fee
A refund of the Challenge Fee is available subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Users who successfully pass Phase 2 of the challenge, become Signal Providers and receive their first profit share on the challenge they pass are eligible for a refund of the fee paid.
- Timing: The refund will be paid after the payout of the first profit share, according to the specified Signal Provider payout rules.
- Mode of payment: The challenge fee eligible for the refund will be refunded back via the same payment method used to purchase the challenge.
- Non-Eligibility: Signal Providers who do not generate and receive a profit share payout will not receive a Challenge Fee refund.
- For crypto refunds: Signal Providers will need to check their emails and input their wallet address to receive the refund.
What should I keep in mind before making a withdrawal request?
- As we may sometimes need to contact you about your payouts we encourage you to closely monitor your email inbox (including your junk folder).
- You can request withdrawals from your OGM Landing Account by the following payment methods:
- Bank or wire transfer
- Neteller (If Bank or wire transfer is not possible)
- Skrill (If Bank or wire transfer is not possible)
- WISE (If Bank or wire transfer is not possible)
- You will need to submit a Bank Account Profile before you can submit the withdrawal request in CurrentDesk portal.
- Withdrawals with over US$9000 in aggregate are subject to due diligence clearance as per this guideline.
- Payouts will be made in USD.
How to create a Bank Account Profile
We will need confirmation that you are the owner of the bank account. Please refer to the OGM Add bank account page for more information.
You will typically receive the payout within one business day.

Payouts by Neteller (Only if Bank or wire transfer is not available)
You will typically receive the payout within one business day. Please take note that your financial institution may take additional time to complete your payouts.
Withdrawal fees: You may incur exchange fees levied by Neteller in addition to their withdrawal fee.
- Neteller accounts must be held in the same name and at the same address as in our records for a payment to be successful
- Neteller members must be fully verified to be able to make a successful payment
- Neteller corporate payments are not allowed
Payouts by Skrill (Only if Bank or wire transfer is not available)
You will typically receive the payout within one business day. Please take note that your financial institution may take additional time to complete your payouts.
Withdrawal fees: If your e-wallet account is denominated in a currency other than your accounts-based currency (for example USD), you may incur exchange fees levied by Skrill in addition to their withdrawal fee.
- Skrill accounts must be held in the same name and at the same address as in our records for a payment to be successful
- Skrill members must be fully verified to be able to make a successful payment
- Skrill corporate payments are not allowed
