When will the dashboard, login, and customer support be removed?

Final Closure of OANDA Prop Trader Portal

As we complete the official wind-down of the OANDA Prop Trader program, please be advised of the upcoming permanent closure of our digital infrastructure.

As previously communicated via email, the OANDA Prop Trader dashboard, login functionality, and dedicated customer support will no longer be available after 30 April 2026.

To assist you during these final days, please find the answers to key access questions below:

How can I login?

You may continue to use your existing credentials to access the portal until the end of the day on 30 April 2026. After this date, all login credentials will be deactivated, and the login page will be removed.


Where is the dashboard?

The dashboard is currently available at its usual web address. We strongly recommend that you log in before the 30 April deadline to download any historical trade data, account statements, or tax-related information you may require for your personal records. Once the dashboard is removed, this data will no longer be retrievable.


How do I reach out to support?

Our dedicated Prop Trader support team is available to assist you with any final inquiries until 30 April 2026. After this date, the specific support channels for the Prop Trader program will be closed.
